沖壓機械手應用比較廣泛的專業運動芯片都具有響應快速、集成度高、抗干擾強等特點。但是也因為芯片是針對特定情況設計的,所以不容易擴展升級,無法進行復雜的算法控制。其中以FPGA為典型代表,是一種專用集成電路中集成度高的一種,基本可以滿足當前任何復雜算法的邏輯要求,但缺點是對于復雜的控制系統,需要大量邏輯門組合,價格比較昂貴。

沖壓機械手的運動控制方式為,由伺服電機驅動可旋轉角度為360°的氣控機械手,由步進電機驅動絲杠組件使機械手沿X、Y軸移動,可回旋360°的轉盤機構能帶動機械手及絲杠組自由旋轉,旋轉基座主要支撐以上3部分,氣控機械手的張合由氣壓控制。
