熱沖壓又常被稱為沖壓硬化技術。首先將初始強度為500~600MPa的高強度板加熱到880~950℃,然后送入內部帶有冷卻系統的模具內沖壓成形,并處于保壓狀態,以20~300℃/s的冷卻速度快速淬火冷卻,由于奧氏體轉變成了馬氏體,零件強度大幅提高,可以生產出強度高達1500MPa沖壓件。
