沖壓生產線可實現汽車覆蓋件及其他大型成形件的沖壓生產,整車廠的沖壓線如圖1所示,由線首系統(A)、大型壓力機(B)、搬運設備(C)、線尾系統(D)組成。從板料輸入到成形零件下線,相較于效率極低的傳統人工生產線,自動化設備的應用可起到很高的降本增效作用,今天我們就來著重講一下搬運設備在高速沖壓生產線中的作用。
